Scirocco Register

hi,

soon i will be buying a 20vt turbo engine for my scirocco. I want a KO3s turbo but with cable throttle on the stock ECU.

if I buy an AUM and change the throttle body to an AGU cable setup rather than the AUM electronic wire will the ECU still function OK?

I was going to get a complete AGU engine setup and uprate the turbo until I saw how much turbos cost :O

I've seen it done with the electronic pedal under the bonnet, operated by cable from the original pedal.
