Saggy doors! Where can I find pins?

My doors are all saggy with age and I need some pins for the hinges but I phoned VW today and they said they don't do them anymore! Where can I get them? I've tried with various thicknesses of washers but can't get the doors to shut cleanly. Thanks

Do new pins actually stop sagging? Changed my drivers door once, different pin in the new door and the sag was identical. Any suggestions or tips / solutions?

Put a washer between the 2 halves of the top hinge. Bit fiddly to do, but it really does lift the door
