Evening all. Does anyone know which Moutney (or aftermarket) boss kit will fit the small spline column mated to a Mountney GT wheel. The GT is a traditional six hole 70mm pcd wheel. Boss kit to include horn push. There is a thread on here from someone that has done it but on a 92 car ie. big spline. The wheel looks great !. Prefer not to have to use a spline adapter so I can re fit original wheel if desired without any faffing.

Thanks Ian :) At 70 pcd the momo might have fitted. Moot point now though, as I was snipered in the remaining 0.5 seconds of the auction. Ah well.. a really good GTI four button in leather, the wheel original to the car, is what I really need. Mine is showing its age, leather has got so thin i have a hole at the top !

Had one of these on my polo coupe s which is small spline and my rocco wheel fits on that and vice versa.

Excellent. Thanks ! Btw.. which sort of horn push did you use ? Mountney or something else ? Im not sure if Momo horn buttons are compatible. Advice from other sources is mixed.

I had an astrali wheel and used the original centre horn push button. I had to adjust the wiring slightly as that only had one wire for the horn.

I'm sure eBay should bring up some centre horns to fit a mountney wheel.

I just did a quick search on eBay, they have polished aluminum mountney centre horns for around £16. A bit bling for me, but could always paint it black if you can't find a plastic one.

Just had a thought, I'm sure my boss had a horn button included,yours might too.
