Found a knob....FADER

cleaning the rocco bus... i have a fader knob on the steering column... what a random place! do they all have this??
LOVE finding somet new in a car you had a while!

No they don't, some have them behind the gear stick and the later cars don't have them at all!

Awesome... does this count as rare lol it seems to be what everyone calls everything on 80's cars!!

Just saw this thread - mine also has the fader somewhere apart from behind the gearstick. mine's on the dashboard to the right of the steering column...perhaps this was a dealer fit?

That's where the earlier cars had them, then they were relocated behind the gearstick then in about 85 were deleted.

cabt of been deleted in 85 as mine is a 86 and on steering column...
