Anyone know what thread is on the top of the gear lever? Some knob has cut the threaded bit off mine Biggest die i have is 10mm, ive discovered i need one bigger than 10mm, think 12mm. Anyone confirm the size i need?

Cant confirm the size...But if you need a replacement one ive got 4,spares.
