Engine swap progress

Thought I would start a thread on my engine swap progress, I'll post pics and details as I go and I plan to start moving forward this weekend.
So far, bought KR from guy on eBay, luckily he sent me video of it running so was happy with that, its now sitting in the shed with head off soaking in cleaner to remove carbon buildup. I'll strip more down and paint it as I go and post pics.
Brakes are already upgraded to large dia black diamond discs using caliper offset spaces and 17in wheels, looks great and stops pretty well too.
