Are the MK2 bumper steelwork parts available new anywhere?

You can get complete bumpers from VW classic parts. I don't think they're actually designed to be dismantled and reassembled. I think they only have unpainted, but you can easily paint one.

got to be new? i've got a used rear (i think!) one if its any use
