Pressure washers

Post by james butler »

Aldi has started selling pressure washers.
I've just picked one up.
They are 2.2 kw motor and can pump 150 bar and maintain a flow of 450 l/h
I don't think I will be using it on the rocko I think it will take the paint off!
But it will be good for blasting parts clean.

not bad rusty dan.
i had to take the aldi one back as its water consumption was too high for my tap to handle.
i bought a nilfisk one from homebase in the end for £70 which gets the job done but uses a lot less water.
i didnt think to look in halfords to be fair.

I bought a karcher k4 not long back, pressure and flow are ok but the hose supplied isn't long enough. You've got to pull the machine around the car with the water supply and extension lead to some annoyance. I don't know it its just the karcher's that have such short hoses ;)
