Help no spark ?

Right not been on here for some time,my roc sort of took a back seat whilst I built up a big rig,6k now and my neighbors hate me

Tax ran out on the roc in Sept last year,so it's just been sat there until now.don't really use it during the winter,as don't want to stack it.
Decided I would go out and try and start it yesterday arvo,didn't want to play,was using my Vivaro to try jump it off,cranking over very fast,but it just would not fire,Have stuck in some fresh ish fuel that I have in a can in the back,although it didn't hiss when I opened it,could it be stale ?
All the plugs have been taken out and cleaned,although they wern't bad at all,they were also not wet with fuel,which I thought they would have been ?
It's got mot and is insured and want to get it taxed for the summer,then after summer I will be starting work building up the 2ltr 16v I have had for the past 4 years sitting in a mates workshop.
What else should I be looking at ?
