Scirocco Register

hey guys,

i've got an awesome pair of 6 x 9's i've had them for years and never owned a better set of speakers. they maybe a big chunky and now look rather tatty as the have no covers left but they have such good sound quality and power behind them i don't care :)

i was thinking of getting some 6 x 9 boxes and putting them in the boot with my sub as they will be connected to the amp anyway, what you think guys?

any other ideas? obviously cut parcel shelf but i don't really want to

The best place would be the bin but......

The only decent option is the parcel shelf. If you don't want to cut it either get yourself a spare and reinforce it or build yourself one. Depending on where you are in the country ill gladly help, I should be able to build one fairly easily but my car doesn't have the supports anymore so the sizes will be right out.

haha not putting these in the bin they cost £300 lol hence them being so good.

but i may put them in one of the other cars instead, just not sure the will fit anything else either :s

+1 on make a shelf. You could wangle them into some rear doorcards (again, they'd be a building job) but the shelf'd certainly be the easy way.
