Has the cable become detached, no power would indicate this?

Did some work yesterday regarding my blower. I now have power to my fuse board. To the back of the switch and then to the resister and then to the fan motor.

But it does not turn have turned it by hand but it feels very stiff.

So it must be the fan motor so what the best thing to done can it be replaced. Or can it be repaired and how much of a job is the removal of it.

Cheers

Adam
