the rear footwell may well be water collecting from the other 2 leaks. have a look up under the dashboard and look for traces of rust marks indicating where the water is running down. chances are it'll either be the windscreen seal leaking or the windscreen opening corroded

Water leaks into the "boot" area can certainly run forward and create that puddle in the rear foot-wells. It happened to ours a while ago. Just fold the seats forward and get someone in the boot area with a torch. Use a hose pipe (reason is it can take a while to start seeping in, so a bucket of water is not enough) to see where it is coming in. Around the lights is a common one but it often does not drip "straight down" but tracks along the various contours of the inner bodywork.

When you find it, use the correct stuff to seal it, not Silicone sealer as it is acidic.

Lots of newspaper that has been in your airing cupboard, changed very often will "wick up" the water from the foot-wells (after you have sponged most of it out of course ;)) Leave the windows and sun roof open a crack on clear dry days to help get rid of the moisture - it mists every window up and freezes on the inside during cold snaps = not good :(
