Replacing track rod

I need to replace my track rod on the passengers side of the car, I pulled back the steering rack boot of today to find out what size spanners I needed, one for the locking nut and one to hold the track rod, the problem seems to be there is not enough room to move the spanners, the drive shaft or inner CV joint gets in the way! :ire:

So any ideas what I can do? I tried turing the wheel and the nut does not come out into the wheel arch!

Also just to check the sizes of the spanners I need, I managed to fit an adjustable spanner on there then measure the gap, I came up with 32mm for the track rod and 27mm for the locking nut, is that right?

The locking nut and track rod have only 2 flat faces on them so I don't think crows feet spanners will work?
