Is it definitely warped or is it not sitting square on the crankshaft sprocket? It's held on by four 6mm hex socket bolts, and there's a little locating pin on the sprocket which mates with a hole on the pulley.

Having recently had to remove and refit mine, I found it is quite easy to think you've got it on straight and square, when in fact you haven't.

Is VAGCAT working again? I just tried it and got a 'website not found' error, has the URL changed?

Not working for me either, am using Firefox and have cleared my cache, even tried (shudder) using IE and cleared the history on that too, just in case.

A whois lookup doesn't reveal any IP addresses either, which is strange.

Maybe you have the entire site cached? :)

If it works for you, what's the exact URL you see in your address bar?

I've found the IP address (84.45.121.174), but it hosts 54 different sites, so that doesn't get me any further.

Ok here's a thought.

VAGCAT is a Russian site, sitting on an IP address which may be being blocked by some ISPs because perhaps some of the other sites on that server aren't so good.

So, those people who can get to it, what ISP are you with?

And those people who can't get, it what ISP are you with?

I'm with BE (bethere.co.uk), and I can't get to it.

Obviously, if we end up with some people who can get to it using ISP A, and some who can't, then the ISP blocking argument fails.
