Column to Steering Rack Boot

The bellows like boot wich slides onto the rack and pushes through the bulkhead (covers lower universal joint)

Is there an easy method for fitting a new one? mine has been long gone and it is now an MOT failure point. (Sorry, going to be for 2012)
My car is up in the air on 4 axle stands, no dash board etc, I'd rather not take the rack off.

Thanks in advance Jim.

The boot that covers the UJ where the steering column joins the rack?

That shouldn't be an MOT failure.

The steering rack boots at each end of the rack can cause an MOT fail.

The link details ball joints in the steering, not U/Js.
