Wheels are always a personal choice.
I prefer the last set, but then I prefer snowflakes to them!
Refurb?

all of the wheels in the above pics would be cheaper to buy than getting the snowflakes re-furbed!

i think i'm swinging towards the first ones or the 3rd ones. Definitely not the 2nd.

also re: refurb i wanna step up to 15" wheels :good:

always keep in mind Will re wheels that expose the brakes - standard front brakes and the rear drums can look grubby/puny dependent on style you go for.

the wolfrace ones are neat i think but i must admit i prefer going old with a need for a refurb rather than most current styles.

ant will be selling his 7 x 14 watanabes soon it's worth pointing out, used to be on redroc before the th monos.

i like the slot mags but the dish on these new ones they have bought out is crap!

they need a nice dish to them, i have seen some around on the net that seem to have a better dish but cant seem to find them for sale anywhere

what are the watanabes like? any pics?

i know what you mean re: brakes..... i just dunno!

out of that selection i'd go for either the slotmags or the work equips, but have a look at hayashi streets, i'm loving those at the moment. +1 for watanabes too. i'm running some 6.5j ones with gold centres and love them.

Quite like the top ones but you can never really be sure until they're fitted.
Keep thinking swapping the Borbet T's for A's

whilst the borbet "style" made it to the top 2 list

the ofset and width (and the price!) didnt work out. Also got some better pics of them and wasn't as keen.........

Just bought the tyres for the new wheels though

Yokohama's all round, £30 a corner brand spankers, i love working in the trade!

The wheels in your photo-shopped pics would equate to 18inch+ and will look completely different as 15's. Some wheels look better the bigger they are. I remember seeing people years ago picking 18inch wheels in Halfrauds then deciding to get the 13 or 14 inch versions so they didn't have to buy new tyres as well. You can imagine what they looked like with big balloon tyres :hehe:

Hope you made a good choice. I always fancied Borbet A's but to get some with a decent dish with good lows would catch all over the place.
