the engine shop..

am i allowed to do this???

just wanted to say i got a replacement engine from the engine shop in kent the other week, 1.8 8v for my bbs mk2. and all i can say is superb!!! i put the order in on the monday, and it was here at home the following saturday!!! quick and easy transaction, and a good price i think!!!! £600!!!

now its just keeping it under 50mph for 500 miles...............to run it in of course!!! :whistle:

is that a re-con engine for £600 if your haveing to run it in ?

yeah..............i was getting quotes of over a a grand to rebuild the engine, so i figured £600 for an engine with all new parts and a decent guarantee was worth it. i could be wrong, but hey??? all i know is the car starts first time, runs like a dream, burns no oil, pulls like a train. check out performance vw mag, they is always an add for them..........

Nice one mate, glad you got it sorted. You need to get it on some of the register club stands at the shows, be good to have another BBS kitted Scirocco on display

i would love to show it at stands and that, but its not a minter!!! i was going to have a bodywrap, but i have spent too much this year, so thats it for now..................

yeah no probs.................

its 01322 350022.

they will need your engine number and cylinder head code, and thats it. by the way, its www.theengineshop.info
