Scirocco Register

Hi,

My mk1 has been off the road for a few years and the interior is out, i was trying to the clean the dash after the car's respray but it's covered in dust and little speckles of primer here and there.

It looked clean when it was wet but when it dried it looked awful again, any ideas??

Try brake cleaner, shifts everything else!

i'd be wary of putting a solvent cleaner on it - may melt the vinyl. the tip from the trade would be to use "star drops"

Thanks for replies, i'll start with the star drops first then move on to the heavy duty recommendations if it doesn't work.

i know a few used car dealers, and star drops is their favourite product for interiors, and engine bays!
