Scirocco Register

I'm planning on getting the old banger partially re-sprayed in the next for weeks. So i need to get the bump strips off. Had a read through previous postings, and found plenty of advice for re attaching bump strips but not much advice apart from using diesel and fishing line, for getting them off. So i'd appreciate any advice on the best way to get them off. Thanks in advance, John

Thanks mr.brown. I've just taken the strips off about 30 minutes ago. surprisingly they came off easily. Now to get the quite glue residue off . Thanks again, john.
