a glass pop up one will be an aftermarket fit (or possibly a dealer fit) so won't be a genuine VW item. the chances of obtaining a seal depend on what make sunroof it is.
if it is getting leaky, and the seal hasn't torn, gently scrub a small amount of vaseline into the rubber seal. this will make the seal swell and will usually cure a small leak. obviously if the seal has torn, it won't work. also, i'm assuming you mean the seal that goes between the frame and the glass, not the one between the frame and the roof of the car

i had a similer sunroof on my golf.
if its got saint gobain on it they still do the seals, a sunroof specialist by me (kings heath) quoted 80 quid for a new one which was more than the car was worth.
i used vaseline which worked up untill i decided to open it and leaked again so i sealed it up with wickes gutter sealent. horrible stuff as it sticks to EVERYTHING!!!!! but it did the trick + never hardens fully so you could open it if ever you really had too.

Oil based lubricant on rubber seals? The rubber will perish.
