hi, we've had a few instances of peoples saying that they've not seen the renewal email..........only for it to become apparent that they are using a new email address that we don't know about.

great response so far on renewals by the way - huge thanks.

I got my renewal email but just haven't made a payment yet but will when I have the cash available this month.
