ok i want to change the bushes on the front end of the rocco but want to change them for poly bushes does anyone know where i can get them as as not many places do then for old school cars i want to strat with
engine mount/engine steady bushes
gearbox bushes
anti roll bar bushes /link bushes
that will do for now i think can anyone help?

As far as I know the Crazy Quiffs ones are just Superflex ones with scene tax..

I bought the yellow Polysport? Rally design ones for the main rear axle (easy to fit because they are in two pieces)and have just gone standard rubber for the rest of the car for road use.

i got mine from rally design (mk1 golf stuff)

they were fine, but i'm never fitting them again. made the ride way too harsh. i'm sticking with rubber

Seconded. My GLI had poly engine mount inserts and used to suffer from things randomly undoing and/or dropping off due to the transmitted vibration.

I had a few polys on my old rocco... I'd advise against them purely because of the noise. Admittedly, that kind of thing gets to me at the best of times, but I found myself out there, lying under the car, squirting quid shop [i can't believe it's not] WD40 over the poly bushes MUCH too often.
