are the front mount bushes the correct ones i need?
need to replace one of them but might as well do both at the same time!

Looks right to me, although it was years ago that I bought some. You might want to think about new U clamps while doing that job as well if the old ones look past their best. Crazy Quiffs sell them in stainless.
