The big oval one?

An utter c*** of a job, by far the worst I've attempted. First off remove the rear beam, it'll be ten time easier as you can use a vice. Don't use a cheap one though, as my build thread shows it'll Borrick anything that isn't up to it

Removing the beam is easier but not essential. Just try and get the car as high as safely possible and use a vice. Do it nice and slowly and you should be fine.
Good luck, you'll need it
