I'm looking to find out what the original Blaupunkt Radio Cassette player was fitted to a 1987 Scirocco Scala

I'd already seen that
I assume the radio fitted to the GTX was the same as fitted to the Scala??

it wouldn't necessarily have been a Blaupunkt as there was a Panasonic option available for my old 86 87 (?) GTS?

From the cars I've owned, there doesn't appear to have been a standard stereo. Various blaupunkt and Panasonic models were fitted. I thInk a lot were dealer-fitted, hence the variation.
