Scirocco Register

Just thought id find out if arch liners on the front are a nessesity. Im going to be pulling out the arch quite a bit and so they wont fit after. Do i really need them, what are the benefits.

You rarely see a mk2 with particularly rusty front wings at the top edges or inner wings. You rarely see a mk1 that doesn't suffer from rust in these places. The difference? Wheel-arch liners.
