Is the head still in the car?
If not start soaking the stud in WD40/releasing oil. Is there any of the stud left sticking out?
Have you got the manifold off?

There used to be a tool called an 'Easyout'.
Basically it is like a screw with a large taper and a left hand thread.
What you do is drill a hole in the sheared off stud, then screw the correct size of 'Easyout' into the drilled hole.
As the Easyout becomes tighter in the drilled hole due to its taper, it should start to unscrew the sheared stud, due to its left hand thread.
I've used them in the past and they do work, but try and avoid using too much force and also use some penetrating oil on the stud first.
:)
Hope this helps

Did you try it ?- or can you still get the Easyouts (don't know whether I can mention this - try Machine Mart, or possibly? Screwfix).
They worked very well for me on a Mk 1 Mini (proper Mini) cylinder head back in the '60s.
:D
