No sadly not, long since closed, but think the style of their kit suits the Mk1, was lucky enough to find a shifter that had never been used.

Didn't realise how rare the Rocco was...

Looks like 12 '77's left! Only 1 on the road and 11 on SORN!
Also decided to sell my 17"s...
Slater Enkei JAWA Alloys 17x7" 4x100 & 4x114, ET38.

Well the wheels sold in a coupe of days...
Saw one of these on my travels, brand new early spec fuel cap with the chrome rather than just plastic, now fitted to the car...
Some real work will happen soon... honest...

Time to get this thread and the work back on track...
Over the winter, I been quietly gathering parts and debating on the direction I want to take the car, I've now decided to actually run the car the this year as it is in its original condition, with a few choice additions before I rip it apart for the paint it needs. Queue shouts of horror!
So here's a few teasers of some the additions....
Picked up the super rare NOS Chrome Overriders up from Winston, he even delivered them for a mug of tea! (top man).
Even had the original VW instructions inside...
Borrowed some original BBS RM's off a mate, to see if I like them and so I could get the Impuls off for refurb...
Obviously need a refurb, but decided not for me and are now up for sale.
Impuls now all off and heading for a full refurb by Mike the Polisher this weekend, bye bye white paint!
Also picked up something new, some Volkracing CV Pro in rather rare 16x7" 4x100 spec. Filthy but original condition, never been split, got them from a a guy who had personally imported them from Japan for his Mazda MX5, so can't be many in this spec?
Seem to have a much bigger offset than I was expecting but should work well once I have got some spacers.
Also going to do some thing rather different with the finish on these...
Also waiting for a few more bits to arrive in the post!

Good to see you are back on it . Those imul's will look amazing when Mike has finished with them , my favourite of the wheel's you have fitted to the car so far.
Good luck with getting it running and to a show , I am hoping to do the same with my green gls this year.

Thanks Jimmy, yeah wanted it to look a little different this year, like the look on US cars like the '75 Nepal...
