Scirocco Register

Was anyone heading on holiday on 14th of Aug with bikes at the back? I met dark blue mk2 on junction of M25 and M1. When I joined M1 northbound, mk2 was just beside me and we checked out ours cars. I was driving Viper Green mk3 so it's was impossible to miss me ;)

Wheee! That was me - it feels good to finally get spotted :D

(Typical, though, I get spotted when I haven't washed the car in 3 weeks, so it looks a state...)

Dark Green Scala outside my new office on 'The Green' at Winchmore Hill, North London - Wednesday 25th around lunchtime.

Colleague spotted an orange Mk1 there today - probably Maciej who came to London Volksfest for a couple of years.

Flash red GT2 today at the Post Office in Pelton, Co.Durham. Spoke with the owner, gave him the details of the register but he says he doesn't have internet!!!
I had a chat for about 10 minutes, states that he has had the car for 5 years and has spent £15700! on it in this time doing everything and using genuine VW parts only, a new Pierburg £1420, fuel tank and filler neck from VW, again massive amounts. Looked nice though, so maybe will see at a show in the north east sometime.

Anyone know of a rocco with extra lights built into the grill? I sometimes pass him on the poole roundabout and he then turns off to christchurch. About 7:30 in the mornings.

Helios Blue (?) MK2 E***OPR on Saturday afternoon, heading southbound on the A1 near Biggleswade, Bedfordshire.

Just typical, the first time I see another Scirocco in 4 months, and I was in my dad's D reg BMW instead of my own car!

Oh well, was it anybody on here, as I think I've seen you before on the same stretch of road...?

Saw Marshall's mk1 on the M1 southbound at about half 8 on Saturday and then later on in the day inside VW Golf+ magazine!

Spotted a J plate GT2 in Pearl Green, driving near Cantley in norfolk earlier tonight, I was in my Audi so didn't flash or wave.

There is a nice looking Mk2 in the latest top gear mag(October issue). There is a pullout for shell v-power and its on the front cover of that (page 42/43). Anyone on here?
