Spotted an unusual mk2 near Cirencester. Painted White and sky blue and a picture of the tazmainian devil on the bonnet. Anyone seen this before, or own it?

K plate mk2 heading north on A34 at 8.30am this morning - was just north of the M4.

It was me I was driving up to Silverstone for work.

About 5 years ago there was a house in Hallow, just outside Worcester, that had 4/5 MK2s on the dirve, but they all went years ago. Went past the house yesterday and there is a Red MK2 on the drive, done like a Yank spec 16v. Good work matey! Will pop over there again soon and post a register flyer through the door. Whoever he/she is, they are hardcore Scirocco fans!

Saw an E-reg white Scala parked up in Kennington, south London today, looked in nice condition and the wheels were still polished and white!

Light green (not sure of the actual colour name) mk2 going the other way down the back of Broadmead in Bristol city centre. I think it might have been non-bodykitted, but I was driving into the morning sun!

golden brown A reg rocco, i think probably a scala. driving up great george street in glasgow, yesterday at 6:30pm.

Thought storms were only in straight-up brown, not gold. Think the early 1.5 models came in gold didn't they? Was it the CL? Sand metallic or something i think it was called. Maybe i'm wrong. Unless it was a late mark 1 storm. I'm on about the mark 2.

Havanna brown does look golden brown when the sun is bouncing of it.

A variety of early mk.2s (without the bodykit) came in shades of brown and gold metallics.

Yes you were imagining it, the body kit is the same colour as the body, I have done 6k mile in the car since I bought it mostly driving up to Kent and Silverstone and I finally get spotted
