will post pics soon , mine is almost in , luckily with our climate not a spot of rust on this mk2 , chris will get in touch soon , when the stuff arrives i just need someone with tech knowledge to go through the stuff at sis , she does not know the diffs between a spark plug and wheel spanner. lol
got mine up on blocks so the rear axle beam and sway bars can go for blasting and powdercoat , then spray out engine bay , got brand new box from agents as they were running a special 250 quid , busy assembling the motor with new wiring for the new ecu

took the tank out , checked and threw on the scrap heap , will fit a 2008 citigolf tank that has the fuel pump inside

Is that a combined lift pump/high pressure pump? I guess it has something that does the job of the accumulator as well since it's in the tank.
Do you know if the mounting hole in the Citigolf tank is the same size as a Scirocco tank? Would be nice to do a straight swap and get rid of the plumbing we have to deal with.

will confirm tom or thurs , i also hate the pump and accumalator hanging underneath , but with the apk motor i am using dont need the acc , just at least 4 bar feed and return on the fuel rail , if i do get pulsating probs , i will just fit a damper from the toyota

Ah, shame. I haven't seen an intank pump that didn't need the tank to be modified.

i have done a lot on the toyota landcruisers , took sender out cut the pipe shorter and fitted internal pump , just made up insulating bushes for the power cable , but not sure if that will get past the mot that side ( we dont have it here )
