Whenever you feel the need to own fewer mk.1s, feel free to let me take this one off your hands

I've enjoyed every minute of owning, fixing up and running the Storm but now its time to concentrate on other restoration duties: sold to a Scirocco Connoisseur

Oh ok is this what you do with them as in restore them or put your own mark on them and sale them on then on with the next project?

Never made it to that test... time flies, now re-booked for next Tuesday. Got the horn working again, so hopefully no dramas.

After a sojourn in Birmingham, the Storm is back in GrottoLand
I'm pleased to be the owner again, it is by far my most favourite mk1 of the cars that I have owned

As the new owner of RPB I thought I'd revive this old thread with an update. I was gutted to miss out on this one last time it came up for sale so I'm really grateful to Ant and Marshall for hooking us up. Had my first chance to show her off last weekend at our village fete.
Overall she's in lovely condition although there are a few little jobs I'd like to get done. Top of my wish list is replacing/restoring the dash. I appreciate I have about as much chance of finding a brown dash in good nick as Honduras have of winning the world cup but always worth asking if anyone knows of one that might just be available?
