Good to see the Jesi Master finally at it again.

Those massive US Spec bumpers, are you able to change them or do they have to stay on?

Legally there's no issue in changing to "Euro" bumpers. The only problem (from what I've seen) is that the front and rear skirts are different on US cars, so some big holes are left visible. Example here -

I can live with that though :yup:

If you see any toothless hens, it's my fault...

And if you're thinking those bumpers look new/NOS, they are :vcool:

Took it for it's first test run today :diablo:

Bit odd driving "stick" after a whole year and even odder changing gear with right hand relying on left to keep the wheel steady. Power steering is nice but tbh not that impressed - makes it light at high speed. More dead weight to get rid of at some point I suppose

Handling OK, not spectacular. It has Bilstein shocks mated with unknown non-stock springs. Firm, not bouncy but the back end tends to be a bit floaty when pushing hard round a bend. I'm no expert but could that be due to the stiffened front end (factory K bar + Neuspeed upper)?

Speed? Well, it's as fast as a sorted 8v but don't get forget that even when new the PL only chucked out 123 horses. With 132k on it, this one's probably a bit less. Euro spec cam to add to the list as well. With the Autotech exhaust it sounds bloody fast though :hehe:

Anyhow, will try and take some pics tomorrow - it's too hot right now - already 30 C outside and it's only 11am!
