what sort of price region are we talking? I like bits of yellow on my car. It's becoming a bit of a theme.

Is this what I need? How come the rear is only one item but the front is one for each side? Are these the shock inserts? I don't know which part's which, I just know the name of the part I need! Cheers.

Oh, and these are 60mm drop front and 40mm drop rear. How will that affect things when I've got 40mm drop springs all round. Would I be better putting 25mm drop springs on the back and 40mm on the front?

The fronts are sided one for left, one for right. The rears aren't so they only list one.
Probably best to confirm with them whether it's just the insert or the complete strut for the fronts.
The part numbers are the same no matter what the drop states on the site. The 60/40, 80/80 shown refers to the lowering springs they sell - probably so people know the shocks are suitable for the springs they want to buy.

the jamex stuff i bought was complete front struts. would advise you to hang on to your old ones though, as you may need them in the future! you can't replace an insert in the jamex ones so should you ever want to put the car back to stock you wouldn't be able to.
