I found that a thin, sharp blade, like a scalpel, was useful to slice through the sealant.

Got it off with a bit of violent persuasion. Getting he new one on is extremely difficult. I'm driving round with only the frontmost two bolts in the top of the wing under the bonnet. Seriously difficult to A) get the bolt holes lined up along the top and B) push the wing back far enough to get the bodykit lined up wih it's retainer screw under the door hinge. Any nore tips?

Let me know if you need a hand mate, 2 heads and all that (although never replaced a wing before), you'll probably have to come over to mine though and i cant do Friday!!!!!
not in the office tomorrow so if you need a hand get me on my mobile :)

cool mate, say about 6:30, i'm in North Yorkshire for the day, if i'm home early i'll let you know mate so you can pop round earlier if it suits :)
