Been reading up on this mod while my injection system is refusing to do anything that remotely looks like working!! Easy to fit and get running?
I think once my engine is in I'll do a guide on fitting the entire bike carb system as even though there is a lot of information online, its here, there and everywhere and there is not one specific guide.

Introducing myself.

Just joined the forum (I was a member of the register a few years back and will be re-joining next year) as I'm about to turn below baby into a track car.

The last 5 years have been spent building and driving this Locost Seven which is up for sale to fund the 'rocco.

I'm looking initally at a 16v conversion on Webers various lightening plans, roll cage, seats etc and suspension/brake upgrades.

I've no problem with the tecnical stuff having re-built my Locost engine and set it up with mapable 3D ignition but I've no real idea on what will work and what won't. I'm know there are guys in the register (and probably on here too) who have done similar stuff so I'm hoping this is the best place to get help and guidance.

Be back soon.

Nice... I expect you should see around 160bhp with these carbs when set up correctly... My friend is looking at doing this to his golf, so I might get a manifold off you at some point. Are you using the standard 16v ECU for the ingition?
