ive allways used standard low melting point grease in wheel bearings.
i was taught that if the bearing runs dry it will heat up melting the grease around it and that in turn will run back into the bearing lubing it back up.
same principle applies in sealed bearings.
that said if i was was wrong to do it this way i havent had bearings fail for lack of or incorrect grease.
i thought lithium grease was for cv joints? (or was it graphite grease?)
