I do have one. Found it in the lockup yesterday whilst looking for something else.

Not sure not sure on part number but can have a look tomorrow and see if it's any good.

My spare was from a 1.8 so possibly different. Worth a look though. Might even have a dizzy somewhere. Again not sure on part number or even where it's likely to be.

I have a dig about and see what I can find.

Ben.

Cheers Ben.
Don't go specially if it is just to check the Part No as I hopefully should have one delivered today.
It was just in case this fails to appear.
Cheers.

The ignition module part number is identical to the one from my 1.8 EX engine so would probably work in yours.

Hi Ben,
Mine hasn't arrived yet but I have one more delivery (tomorrow) before I can get a chance to work on the car.
I have something on on Saturday morning / lunch time but could collect Saturday afternoon if required and if convenient to you.
I'll keep you posted on here as the PM section appears to be knackered.
Cheers.

What's the last four numbers of the number you have as it may be the Gaffer's old number as I normally borrow hers.

Ben,
Part arrived when I was out this morning.
Just waiting on a break in the weather to fit it
Also waiting for the s-i-l to come over to crank the engine over to see if I am getting a spark.
I'll keep you informed of my progress, hopefully good news.
Cheers.

I'll use this number to contact you in future (wife's old mobile) 07970444776.
I'll remove it from here once you let me know you have it.

Glad you managed to sort it. Let me know if you want that ignition module as a spare. It's not much good to me anymore.

Hi Ben
Are you and Gayle going to the meeting tonight ???????
If so what time and what location ??????
I'll pick up the module if it is still available.
If you don't get a chance to get back to me look out for an old man prowling about in your neck of the woods, he is probably lost.

Yeah, we should be there. It's at McDonald's at braehead, any time after about half 7.
Will keep an eye out for you.

Ben.
