Well I removed the regulators as Tim_R suggested, I figure the fronts are 256's now so the rears aren't going to be locking before they do! Didn't resolve anything but was good to take them out of the equation.

I finally managed to get some braking though!! It's nowhere near as it should be but it's progress.. I bench bled the master cylinder and now we're getting some stoppage! The pedal will still go to the floor but at least I have some braking. Next I will bleed the MC in the car and do a long pressure bleed and see what we've got. I'll tell you something though, I'm not getting brakes fast but I'm learning about them fast which is positive!

DING DING DING DING! I'd put the bloody calipers on the wrong sides, the bleed nipples were below the braided lines and trapping air. Swapped em over and I GOT ME SOME BRAKING! So happy, I was losing hope! I'm glad it was a stupid mistake by me.. :)

Easy fix, mind Chaps did ask if you put them on correct ealrier in the thread!
