The chap who makes these dial kits is a very good friend of mine, He recently made me a purple set for my Scirocco. They are very well made and he can do dial kits for most cars.

Thats good to know cheers. Might be a while now but I'll give you a shout when I'm in need and can be bothered to strip the dash down again.

Any idea what bulb I need so I can get a blue tint as opposed to the ugly green/yellow that they currently have?

Niall you need to remove the green tint that hides under the white plastic bulb holder. i managed to pull mine through the hole the bulb goes into and bought blue led bulbs to go in instead but they were cack (wernt bright enough), so i prised the plastic bulb holder off a fitted a red neon tube inside it and glued it back on. looks much better and brighter and can be dimmed using the dimmer on the headlight switch.

I did this by removing the green film under the white bulb holder. I made the slot bigger with a dremmel with a cutting disc and put blue led in. Pretty easy couple of hours work

Looks great, so are they actually those tiny bulbs you get in Halfrauds or LED strips from ebay?

They were these off eBay. They go in the original bulb holders. You get a pack of 5 I think
