You can check your boot light by pushing down the black pin switch, if you are still not sure then drop your rear seat, close the boot and look.
My Scala has a blue tooth radio CD, which used to draw power when it was switched off, so I used the live from the blower, my Storm just has a standard CD radio which still uses the original wiring, worth a look!

As said, how old is your battery? They don't last for ever.

I have no clue how old the battery is as I've only had the car a few months, I'll have to dig out the massive pile of receipts the previous owner gave me!

As I said I had it checked at Halford's as it was free and nearby, and they seemed to think it was fine. Don't know how reliable/accurate this is though...

I'll definitely look into the radio as a potential power drain ASAP though...

If halfords were in any doubt about the battery, they would have tried to sell you one

thats very true nate.... dependent on weather the person who looked actually new what a battery was for lol.

There are some very naive people that work at the one near me
