Any rusty bits were cleaned back and treated with rust remover

Weather has been crap (I work on the car in the street) so I've only managed to get stonechip on the passenger side.
I've left the original underseal and paint around the leg, etc and just painted the parts that had no underseal on them originally.

I'm not going to use sealer or adhesive when I re-fit the wings, I am going to try and use Beetle wing beading. Down the inside of the wing and along the top edge, hopefully should look very neat.....
.......especially with polished bolts and washers.
