Hiya, when I finally get the old heap running right again, I'm thinking of a Christmas treat to myself being a set of staggered Borbet A wheels. Naturally, 9s on the back, ET 15 I think? Probably in 16 inch to ensure brake clearance, and to allow greater tyre fitting options.
Who else runs 9s on the rear? Would like to see some pics if possible.
Cheers guys!

Re: 9 Inch Rears - Pic Request!
Mine are 9's running stretched 215's. At my ride height the arches needed rolling back but get good suspension and it shouldn't rub, mine doesn't but I have no rear seats so don't ever weigh it down.

Google proved difficult but did find plenty of examples in the end. Was thinking 215/205 rear rubber. Arch work a definite?
Have coilovers, rear brace and soon to fit poly bushed ARBs too. Would poly bushing the rear beam help with rubbing at all do you think?

For the sake of £50 a corner I'd definately get the arches done. Means you wont have to worry about it later.
On 9" rims the stretch with a 205 would be mental I'd think, my 215's are pretty tight. Waiting for mrs F's train at the mo, will try and get pics later.
Think your set up sounds similar to mine (rear brace, coileys and poly'd) and despite being lower than Jordan's morals I don't get rub age even when cornering (exploding gearboxes not withstanding)

Here ya go pal.
It was on weitec springs and shocks when this was taken. On Avo coilies now, and back on BBS's.
Needed the rear arches rolling and pic shows it with a drop of 35-40mm. Had now issues of rub once arches were done.

I think fronts were 205/45x16, a bit too wide, got a smidgen of tyre rub on inner wing when on full lock, shouldve been 195 or even 185s. Rears were 215/45 x 16.
