Bushy Problem

Post by pajsh »

I spent part of last weekend restoring and painting my Eibach ARB's not really thinking too much about whether they were standard or not.

Image

Looking around for some replacement bushes I now realise they are much bigger than standard and I'm not sure now where I can get some replacements.

Image

The front ARB I measured this morning as 22mm (standard 17mm) and the back as around 25mm (standard 20mm).

The inners I think I could re-use at a stretch but the outers are well knackered.

So, does anyone know where I can get 'Rocco Mk2 Eibach Poly front & rear ARB bushes from?

As you can see I have the originals so maybe it's not too far fetched an idea to mould my own with some casting plaster and some poly material.

Is that light at the end of the tunnel or a train coming the other way?

I see your problem, can't even use standard replacements.
I use bugpack but I don't think they'll help.

Awesome GTI/Demon Tweeks?

Give C&R Enterprises a ring, they do the full range of powerflex/superpro/vibra technics and prothane bushes!

Found them really helpful when i replaced all of my suspension bushes last year

Thanks for that I will try them.

I was looking at Bugpack till I realised the ARB's are much bigger.

I will also trawl Fleabay as there seem to be plenty of people selling poly bushes.

I'm beginning to think I shouldn't have thrown the springs away too as I suspect they were upgraded too. :dunno:
