So you gets ya head...

First issues are the injector holes...

And the air thingy for the fuel injection system...

So I plugged the injector holes with a few bolts...

Next, the air thingy stops the inlet from fitting and will also allow water to get in the head. That would be bad. So to correct the size issue, first wrapped a little masking tape to the valve to allow the hacksaw to bite and trimmed it down a wee bit to allow clearance...

And here we go all connected up...

Now, the bolts that are plugging the injector holes will not do a decent job on their own, so I got some of this from Halfords...

Looks like a mini Swiss-Roll...

So, follow the pack instructions and get sealing...

All done...

And finally, pop a wee bolt down the valve and seal...

Enjoy a cuppa and ciggy. This paste goes rock-hard, well impressed with the quality.
