Love seeing ingenuity like this, there's a cracking Rocco project on Vortex with something similar.. great build too :good:

£350+ for a fabricated steel jig Vs I guess £15 (or less if youre a 'hoarder' of bits of wood...)

I think i'd add some stabilisers each end to stop wobble.
