sorry for the silly question but just wondering is there another location for the vin number besides the bulkhead??

i mean actually on the car,
im just checking over one of the cars i have and the vin number on the bulkhead looks a bit 'off', as if it was welded in,
just wanting to find out if the car was reshelled.

Only 3 places I know of: the metal plate on the panel above/behind the front lights ( I assume that's where you mean by the bulkhead); the plastic window on the rain tray at the back of the engine bay; and, finally, on the identification sticker to be found on the inside of the rear valance (usually between the rear lights).83mars wrote:i mean actually on the car ...
