Gear selection noises
Starting to put the helious beast back together, noticed there seems to be a bit of a clunking noise when moving through the gears which wasn't there before, any ideas? Just the linkage needing tightening?

Re: Gear selection noises
gearbox oil level checked? noise when engine off or when driving? check no bushes missing form the linkage
Re: Gear selection noises
Could be one of the bushes on the vertical shaft that attaches to the inside of the bulkhead... I managed to put one of them in upside down one time, which meant it wasn't held in place by the lower nut and gradually climbed up the shaft. Results in a clunk on every gear change.
