They're both showing as available in Classic Parts in Germany so I don't know why there's a 5 week delay?
Could just order direct.

Re: window seals
Is it a boot seal or a rear window seal you are after, you stated you wanted a boot seal in your first post? I bought my new boot seal from my local VW dealers, it was 60 quid.

Re: window seals
Do you need them because yours are missing, or leaking?
If it's a leak, a tube of tiger seal is your friend! Apply between glass and seal, and more between seal and body.
I went round most of my old car with that technique. The boot lock seals tend to leak too, as can the spoiler. (I say that, so you can be sure it REALLY IS the tailgate seal.... If it's the spoiler, water gets inside the tailgate, and the drains are INSIDE the seal, so water runs into the boot.

Re: window seals
You don't need to cut the seals to get the glass out. Simply work from the inside, wedging screwdrivers/scrapers in as you go. The seals can all be reused.
