Hi folks,

Can anyone tell me the name and code of the paint on my 1980 mk1 scirocco. It's that common darkish red, possibly metallic colour??

Indiana Red LA3V most likely.

Yep, Indiana red, the only red available in 1980, check Drivers found for old brochures.

I have no idea Adam, I haven't seena red MK1 in the north east since the 90's!

Sorry mate! I thought you had made the original post. I saw a red Mk1 today and thought it coincidental. Never really see them round these parts.
